No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Because fabrics are cut and prepared as per individual orders, once dispatched, they cannot be resold or reused – much like a tailor-made suit that’s crafted specifically for one customer.

While returns are not possible, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately. In such rare cases, we will carefully review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, ensuring you are never left unsatisfied.
